We will deliver the ordered product to your business premises in all areas in the Kingdom of Thailand under following conditions:
If the gross amount of your order is more than 10,000 THB, the shipping is free.
If the gross amount of your shipment is less than 10,000 THB, you have to pay for the costs of shipping.
In case you want us to send products to an address outside the Kingdom of Thailand,
please contact us before you place an order, so that we can find out
whether delivery is possible and what the costs of delivery are.
Products will be delivered to you by EMS within 2-3 days after we receive your payment slip by fax or e-mail. K-Trade currently only accepts payment by money transfer to our company account.
It is not possible to cancel your order after it is already shipped.
Product Return Information
In case you want to return or exchange the delivered products
you have to contact us by e-mail within 7 days after receiving the delivery.
K-Trade has to agree to a return or exchange firstly.
If K-Trade agrees to a return or exchange, the products have to be sent back to K-Trade completely packaged, undamaged and resalable, with the original invoice and receipt.
K-Trade refuses to take back or exchange used products.
K-Trade will refuse to return or exchange resent products which arrive incompletely (without price tag, belonging accessories, product information book, etc.)
The costs of sending back go on the account of the customer.
If products get lost or damaged while they are sent back, K-Trade will refuse to refund the sales price respectively refuse to accept them.
K-Trade rejects liability for accidentally occurring wrong prices in the online shop.
